You don't need to push yourself too hard on this because each step that you take to stay natural in your podcast will pay off. Reading your podcast from a script is something you want to avoid because it can come across as stilted. Good Guest Interviews: Doing interviews during podcasts are pretty common, so if this is something you want to do then be sure to let your guest do most of the talking. You can give your listeners an experience to remember if you add some music to your background because it adds some polish and flair as well as making the quality of the content of the podcast more attractive to the listener.
